Hanadi is a seasoned investment professional with 18 years of experience across the GCC and international markets. She combines a strong knowledge of the region’s investor base with a deep understanding of global financial markets. Her regional contacts include GCC institutional investors, family businesses, investment groups, entrepreneurs and political and economic leaders.
This exceptional network is complemented with sharp analytical skills developed over eight years spent analyzing and researching alternative investment products (including real estate products). Hanadi spent time in New York City where she trained with the real estate investment team at UBS.
Hanadi was part of the founding team in Global Investment House a leading Kuwaiti and regional investment bank. In 2004, Barclays Funds Index named one of the Hedge Fund of Funds she developed among the top ten in terms of risk/return globally. She also developed a quantitative and qualitative due diligence process to help stream line the investment process in the Alternative Investments Department.
In recognition of her technical skills and deep knowledge of the region, Calyon Financial appointed Hanadi to spearhead their Business Development efforts in the Middle East and North Africa region. Later, she joined UBS in London and was appointed to a similar role.
More recently, Hanadi has focused her attention on the burgeoning real estate market in the GCC. Following an in-depth analysis of the property market in the region she has identified several trends and niches which have high profit potential. She has personally made a string of highly rewarding investments and now wishes to offer these opportunities to interested investors. Thus she founded “H Real Estate” as a vehicle for investment in this sector.
Hanadi holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the California State University of Hayward. She also holds a two year Graduate program certificate from the Kuwait Investment Authority focusing on Corporate Finance and Investments. She is FSA (Financial Services Authority) approved in the United Kingdom and has a certificate in Investments and Financial Regulation.
